Portfolio

Fourteen builds, every one still cared for.

A short list. Every project here was built for someone specific — a studio drowning in spreadsheets, a nonprofit that needed one button, a car service losing fares to voicemail.

ShippedWeb app + PWAADA Transportation · Airport car service

Chauffeur Booking

An airport car service ran entirely on phone calls — and lost every lead that came in while the owner was driving. We built the site and the pipeline behind it: riders book online, the request lands on the owner’s phone as a push notification inside an installable console, and the client list builds itself out of booking history. No SMS bills, no dispatch software.

  • Online booking to the owner’s phone
  • Free web push, no SMS fees
  • Installable admin console
  • Client list from booking history

ShippedWeb appAda Pilates · Pilates studio

Studio Manager

A Pilates studio was running on spreadsheets — tracking clients, classes, packages and attendance across tabs that broke every week. We replaced it with a single tool: the owner manages schedules, package expirations and attendance in real time, while clients get their own view of progress and remaining sessions.

  • Client & class management
  • Package tracking & expiration
  • Attendance logging
  • Client-facing progress view

ShippedWeb app + PWAHair salon

Salon Front Desk

A hair salon booked every appointment by phone and ran its walk-in line from memory. We built the site and a front-desk console shaped like the room itself: the day’s book in time order, a live walk-in queue with position and wait estimate, call, text and status changes in one tap — and an alert on the desk the moment anything new comes in.

  • Live walk-in queue & wait estimate
  • Tap to call, text or change status
  • Push alert on every booking
  • Client history built from bookings
  • No-show tracking
ShippedWeb appNonprofit

Punch Clock

A nonprofit needed to track employee hours and calculate payments — but their team isn’t technical. We built the simplest possible interface: one large button that toggles between clock in and clock out with a live counter. Employees see unpaid hours, amount due and recent logs at a glance. Admins get a clean payroll dashboard.

  • One-tap clock in / out
  • Live hour counter
  • Unpaid hours & amount due
  • Admin payroll overview

Fund Tracker

A nonprofit was paying for a bloated CRM that did everything except what they needed. We built a focused budgeting tool: income dashboards, expense tables, and a clear view of whether collected amounts are on target. Employees own specific expenses so they can organise events and track donors instead of waiting for donations to arrive.

  • Income & expense dashboards
  • Per-employee expense assignment
  • Donor tracking
  • Fundraising event management

LivePWANeighborhood association

Community App

A neighborhood association ran on a mailing list and a stack of PDFs nobody could find. We built the app around the documents that actually govern it: emergency numbers first, the full budget in plain numbers, ballots you can read on a phone, and a request tracker that counts down the 30-day approval window — because under these bylaws, silence means denied, not approved. Works with no signal.

  • Emergency contacts, one tap to call
  • Budget transparency
  • Voting & read receipts
  • 30-day approval countdown
  • Neighbor resource directory
  • Offline-first PWA

ShippedWeb appMulti-region organization

Meeting Room

An organization was tracking visits across nine US regions in a single shared spreadsheet — positions, outreach and notes that drifted out of sync every week. We replaced it with an offline-first tool: staff log visit details by region, admins own the position list and access roles, and everything syncs the moment a connection comes back.

  • Multi-region visit dashboard
  • Offline-first with sync
  • Role-based admin access
  • Google sign-in
ShippedWeb app400-person family retreat

Retreat Companion

A private event app for a 400-person family retreat at a hotel venue. Live daily menus, session schedules with locations, and real-time updates — all in one place so guests could focus on being there.

  • Live menu for today & tomorrow
  • Session times & venue maps
  • 400+ guests across families

ShippedWeb appAnnual food festival

Festival Site

A large annual food festival needed more than a flyer. We built the event’s home: the full food menu, admission and shuttle details, RSVP and a live countdown — backed by a vendor portal and an analytics dashboard so organizers could watch interest build before the gates opened.

  • Full menu & event details
  • RSVP & countdown
  • Vendor portal
  • Attendee analytics
ShippedPWACultural center

City Guide

A cultural center wanted visitors to see its city the way a local would. We built a bilingual guide to twelve hand-picked places — each with a map pin, timing and tips — plus ready-made day plans, saved favorites and full offline support so it works the moment someone lands.

  • Fully bilingual content
  • 12 curated venues + maps
  • Pre-built day itineraries
  • Offline PWA
In betaWeb appEducation community

Mentorship Platform

An education community coordinates hundreds of mentors, students and parents across several cities — and reshuffles its role structure every year. So we made the hierarchy data instead of code: roles, permissions, who covers whom, and even which interface a person lands in are records an admin edits from a tree view. Parents see only their own child; staff see exactly what their role covers.

  • Roles & permissions as data
  • Separate parent and staff interfaces
  • Coverage inherited down the tree
  • Bilingual on every screen
In betaPWAHousehold finance

Family Ledger

Recurring bills, card balances and who-owes-whom, scattered across spreadsheets and phone reminders. We replaced all of it with one app: every payment generates its own dated occurrences, anything overdue nags by push each morning, and each item carries its own read and edit list — so a household can share the mortgage without sharing everything.

  • Recurring payment occurrences
  • Per-item read / edit access
  • Daily push reminders
  • Card balances & personal debts
In progressWeb appHeirloom rug house

Rug Storefront

A house of hand-knotted heirloom rugs selling online, where the object is the entire pitch. The storefront is being built around that: a cinematic film for every rug, the craft and provenance behind it, and an augmented-reality preview so a buyer can stand a real rug on their real floor before spending four figures.

  • Film-first product pages
  • AR preview in the room
  • Craft & provenance story
In progressWeb appIndustrial recycler

Sustainability Reports

An industrial recycler was assembling sustainability reports for each client by hand. We’re replacing that with a platform: every client signs in to their own dashboard — tonnage recycled, landfill diversion, savings over time, waste-to-energy — while staff file shipment records through a form built to be impossible to get wrong.

  • Per-client dashboards
  • Diversion & savings charts
  • One-screen record entry
  • Admin analytics & user management

Consumer apps are built under our own studio, Oxymoron. Client systems are built and maintained by CNID LLC.

  • Online booking straight to the owner’s phone
  • Flight-tracking pickups tied to real arrival times
