Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or client portal operated by CNID LLC ("CNID", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

CNID provides web design, progressive web apps, and related digital services, plus an online portal for quotes, invoices, projects, and agreements. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Quotes, invoices & payment

  • Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided and may change if scope changes.
  • Invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice. Late or unpaid balances may pause work.
  • Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Electronic signatures & agreements

Agreements may be executed electronically. By typing your name and confirming, you consent to use electronic records and signatures, and you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law (UETA). You may request a copy of any signed agreement at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or portal for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, portal, or analytics tools

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to CNID LLC. Deliverables ownership and licensing are governed by your individual signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNID LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from use of the site or portal.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

10. Cancellation, non-payment & your data

Plans are month-to-month; cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing month. If a payment fails you have 30 days to fix it, after which the site and booking system are paused. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after a pause or cancellation — ask and we send it — and is deleted after that. Your domain and your Stripe or Square account are in your name; CNID connects to them and never holds client funds. On cancellation we provide your website files and an export of your data on request. Where a service is delivered on the CNID operator platform, the booking system (form, phone app, alerts and dashboard) is CNID software licensed for the duration of the plan and is not transferred.
