Contact & quote requests: name, email, company, phone, selected service, and any message you submit.
Account & portal data: if you have a client account, your login credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication) and the project, quote, invoice, and agreement information associated with your account.
Electronic signatures: when you sign an agreement, we record your typed name, email, and a timestamp as your electronic signature.
Analytics & usage: we use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks, device/browser, approximate location).

3. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and prepare estimates, quotes, and agreements
To provide and operate the client portal (projects, invoices, agreements)
To maintain records of electronically signed agreements
To improve our website and services using analytics

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication) and PostHog (analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Data is stored in Google Firebase using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to portal and client data is restricted to authorized personnel.
